Various Measures to Reduce Pain During Treatment
Painless Anesthesia

A common reason people fear visiting the dentist or avoid dental clinics is the pain associated with dental procedures, particularly the pain from anesthesia injections.
At our clinic, we use various techniques to minimize the pain associated with anesthesia injections during cavity treatments.
Types of Fillings After Cavity Treatment
Inlay Method

For mild to moderate cavities, the inlay method is used.
We offer a range of materials, from insurance-covered metal (silver fillings) to ceramic materials that closely match the natural color of teeth.
Crown Method (Restorations)

For moderate to severe cavities, the crown method is used. We provide various materials, including insurance-covered metal (silver crowns) and ceramic materials that closely match the natural color of teeth.
Please note that if the cavity has reached the dental pulp (nerve), root canal treatment (nerve treatment) must be completed first. Immediate filling or crowns is not possible in such cases.
Root Canal Treatment (Endodontic Therapy)
When a cavity infects the nerve of the tooth (pulp), treatment to address the nerve (pulpectomy) is necessary. This procedure, which involves removing the infected nerve, is known as root canal treatment (endodontic therapy).
At our clinic, we place a strong emphasis on root canal treatment. The key to successful root canal treatment is how thoroughly remove and disinfect the infection source inside the root canal and then seal it completely. We use the following materials, tools, and techniques to adhere to the fundamental principles of root canal treatment.
Our Clinical Cases

Pre-treatment: Panoramic X-ray

Post-treatment: Root canal filling

Post-treatment: Crown placement (Zirconia crown)
Main Instruments and Materials Used in Precision Root Canal Treatment
- Microscope
- Rubber Dam
- Nickel-Titanium Files
- MTA cement

Microscope
The microscope enables more precise root canal treatment. It provides a bright, high-magnification view for treatment.

Rubber Dam
A rubber sheet used to prevent saliva and bacteria from entering the root canal. It also helps prevent accidental ingestion of medications, instruments, and materials.

Nickel-Titanium Files
Instruments used to remove and clean infection sources within the root canal. They can be precisely handled even in curved root canals.

Vertical Pressure Filling Machine
A machine used for vertical pressure filling, which tightly fills the root canal with paste material described below (gutta-percha) .

Paste Material for Vertical Pressure Filling
A paste used in the vertical pressure method. For narrow root canals, paste vertical materials provide a tighter seal compared to lateral materials.
Are You Experiencing Any of These Issues?

- Frequently having cavities despite daily brushing
- Concerned about cavities
- Recurrent cavities
To ensure the maximum effectiveness of the treatment, all the instruments used in our root canal treatment are either new or disposable. The key to successful root canal treatment is how close we can achieve 0% presence of bacteria in the root canal.
Our doctors use their techniques and experience to prevent bacteria from entering the root canal during treatment.
