At TOTAL TOOTH TREATMENT AKASAKA, we use botulinum toxin injections in our dental treatments.
Botox treatment helps to suppress overactive muscles, aiming for a healthier mouth and jaw.
For Those with Teeth Grinding・Clenching・Temporomandibular Joint Disorder

This treatment is safe and does not significantly impact daily activities such as eating or talking.
Botulinum toxin injections are effective for cases where the masseter muscles are excessively used due to habitual behaviors (bad habits). They can help reduce teeth grinding, clenching, and alleviate temporomandibular joint disorder symptoms.
If symptoms of teeth grinding or clenching persist despite using a mouthpiece or if these issues are causing severe temporomandibular joint disorder symptoms, botulinum toxin injections are recommended.
